No complaints whatsoever, the venue met needs well, do recommend it. Extremely convenient and gorgeous hotel, best staff, appreciated incredible location right by shops with good food/ drinks that are frequented by locals and foreigners alike and the centre of the old quarter. The service was great, including a smooth check-in.

This hotel is in a great location in the Hoan Kiem district, really close to Hoan Kiem Lake, Dong Xuan market, Ta Hien Street, and many restaurants. The rooms are spotless and elegant, with a mini bar and a massive bed. Netflix is also available. The service is brilliant, and the food is great! They offer wake-up service and free ironing, which is a plus. The location is marvelous, very close to everything in Hanoi. It's just 200 meters away from a restaurant.

I had a great stay at Madelise Central Hotel & Travel! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They upgraded my room and even prepared a breakfast for me to take away when I had to leave early in the morning for my flight. The location of the hotel was convenient and my room was comfortable. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast offers a variety of options and the scrambled eggs are delicious, the staff is incredibly helpful and hospitable, and the location is amazing being near the Old Quarter.
